CUSTOM MIXING EXPERTISE
In-house Mixing Plants
Through operating its own mixing plants, Datwyler has at its disposal the know-how to develop and manufacture all elastomer compounds in-house, including HNBR, NBR, ACM, CR, SBR, EPDM, and NR.
Complementing that, our automatic weighing systems are configured for both carbon black and white fillers, ensuring accuracy in every batch, while our VMI cooling unit enables rapid cooling of the mixed compound.

Nový Bydžov Mixers
With years of experience, Datwyler’s Nový Bydžov site has mastered the art of mixing a variety of polymers, including HNBR, NBR, ACM, CR, SBR, EPDM, and NR. That includes machinery used exclusively for EPDM polymer mixing, guaranteeing the highest quality in EPDM compounds.
At Datwyler, we pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art mixing capabilities. Our Nový Bydžov site has two high output intermix machines, designed for precision and efficiency. Complementing that, our automatic weighing systems are meticulously configured for both carbon black and white fillers, ensuring accuracy in every batch, while our VMI cooling unit enables rapid cooling of the mixed compound.
