Datwyler has been awarded the platinum standard for the first time by EcoVadis, the globally recognized rating agency for sustainability performance. This puts Datwyler in the top 1% of all companies assessed. This shows that the company has made further progress and is fulfilling its social and environmental responsibilities with a clear sustainability strategy and a comprehensive sustainability report.
The globally recognized and independent rating agency EcoVadis has awarded Datwyler platinum, the highest standard, for its sustainability performance for the first time. This puts Datwyler in the top 1% of more than 130,000 rated companies from over 180 countries. Since the last assessment, Datwyler has increased its overall score from 71 to 83. The company is now rated as progressive in the three dimensions of “Labor and Human Rights”, “Ethics” and “Sustainable Procurement”, and even as outstanding in the “Environment” dimension. Datwyler has improved by 10 points in three of these dimensions, and by 20 points in the “Sustainable Procurement” dimension. Datwyler received silver by EcoVadis four times in a row by 2022 and gold for the first time in 2023. Datwyler owes its continuous improvement over the last few years to its clear sustainability strategy and the wide range of measures it has implemented.
