How can I access the shop?
The shop is openly accessible on the site. You can explore freely, but when making a purchase, you’ll need to be logged in to My Account. To register for My Account, just follow these steps:
Go to www.datwylersealing.com/my-account and go to New User. Provide your email and after reviewing the data policy, click on REGISTER NOW.
You’ll receive an email to confirm you’re the requester. Click on the link in the email.
You will be asked to fill in your details and set a strong password.
Once you’re done, you’ll be able to take advantage of My Account, including being able to buy O-Rings online. That’s all it takes!
How long does it take to receive my order?
For O-Rings in stock, we’ll ship out the next business day. Should by chance an O-Ring not be in stock, we’ll ship out 10-14 days after you’ve placed your order. Shipping time once dispatched will depend on your shipper.
Can I have my O-Rings shipped to a site outside the U.S.?
To start, we’re shipping only to U.S. addresses, but make sure to sign-up with our Keep Me Informed service (you’ll find the sign-up icon in the bottom right of the site), and we’ll keep you posted as we expand.
Do I pay tax on my order?
To keep it simple for you, we only process tax-exempt orders. Generally, this is already the case for existing customers. If you’re a new customer, to complete your purchase you’ll simply need to upload your company’s W-9 and resale certificate at CHECKOUT. Make sure you have both at hand to upload.

What happens if my order has a mix of in and out of stock O-Rings?
We strive to keep all items in stock in the Datwyler O-Ring shop. But if you have a mix of in and out of stock items to order, to help save on your shipping fees we’ll ship the entire order once we have all stock ready. If you need the in stock O-Rings immediately, we would advise that you place that order separately from those out of stock items, as those will take 10-14 days to ship.
Where can I find my purchase invoice?
You’ll be able to access and download your invoice after your purchase is completed in My Account, Under “My Orders”.
